RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

the customer may exercise The right of withdrawal in accordance with the D. Lgs 206/2005 with the mode and in the following terms:

The refund will be made, at the same time, within 10 working days from the receipt of the goods to the following address:

• the goods have not been used or damaged;
• the goods to be accompanied by a document indicating the number and date of the invoice relating to the product;
• it is entirely the responsibility of the Customer responsibility for the loss or deterioration of the goods returned.

The reimbursement of sums paid will take place in the shortest time possible and in any event within 10 days from the receipt of the communication of withdrawal. Are excluded from reimbursement amounts relating to the costs of shipping and any costs of delivery.
